Double click on AutoRepeatDelay.
Set the Value to 500. And Press Ok.

- Search Control Panel in windows search.
- Select the control panel and open it.
- Click on the view large icon on right side button.
- Select keyboard.
- Here you will see two options, Repeat delay and Repeat Rate.
- Adjust repeat Delay from Short to long.
- Adjust Repeat rate from fast to slow.
- And then click on ok.
7. Using Keyboard Chattering Fix
